Application forms are invited for the tenure post of Registrar on Academic Arrangements Basis under S.O. 364 of 2020 dated 27-11-2020 in the below-mentioned discipline of this College as per the relevant rules in vogue for an initial period of one (01) year, further extendable on a yearly basis up to a maximum of three (03) years, subject to satisfactory work and conduct certificate from the concerned HOD.

Conditions and Eligibility

Qualification

• MDS Degree with marks card from DCI recognized College & University.
• The postgraduate qualification of MDS in the concerned speciality is mandatorily required.

List of Documents to be Uploaded:

1. Internship completion certificate.
2. BDS Degree from a DCI recognized College & University.
3. Marks card of all years of BDS.
4. Attempt certificate issued by the Head of Institution, University.
5. A copy of Aadhar Card.
6. Domicile certificate/proof.
7. MDS Degree with marks card from DCI recognized College & University.
8. Registration Certificate with renewal issued by State Dental Council.
9. Date of Birth certificate.
10. A passport size photograph should be pasted at the appropriate place on the application form.
11. Affidavit duly attested by the 1st Class Magistrate declaring that the applicant has not done Registrarship/Demonstratorship/Tutorship earlier within or outside the UT J&K.
12. NOC from Administrative Department Health & Medical Education in case of in-service candidate.

Additional Information:

• The selection will be made as per Govt. Order Nos 382-JK (HME) of 2024 dated 20-06-2024 & 383-JK (HME) of 2024 dated 20-06-2024 and under S.O. 364-2020 dated 27-11-2020.
• The in-service candidates shall be paid salary as per their LPC.
• The non-PSC candidates shall be engaged on an Academic Arrangement Basis as per the terms and conditions of S.O. 364 dated 27.11.2020 read with Govt. Order Nos. 382-JK (HME) of 2024 dated 20-06-2024 & 383-JK (HME) of 2024 dated 20.06.2024 and are entitled to salary as applicable under S.O-364 dated 27.11.2020.
